Hard hats everyone. The Times rumour mill is suggesting that Hartley is definitely out of the squad, but Jamie Roberts could be a contender!!!
Let the meltdown commence!

No problem with Warb.s as skipper - of all the condidates, he's the closest to being an actual starter.
JD2 and Roberts over JJ and Ringrose though...
erm...
the less said the better.
Maybe Roberts is going as the team Dr?
Any other straws to clutch?

Nope. Gats is bringing the power game to the party. I think he will view Roberts and Teo as being a better option than a more skilful centre, although Farrell as IC wouldn't surprise me.

Or it could be that its been a straight forward decision between Teo and Roberts. That's the latest rumour.
Am I the only one who hates these press leaks?

Is Roberts really that powerful anymore? I know he's only 30 but he really does look absolutely knackered every time I've seen him play recently.

Rumour mill now saying he's not in. Will soon find out. Not playing well for quins apparently

They're just making up crap to get people talking about it. Gatland would have known if he was in or not days ago.

I'd happily get another 12 in for Quins if that says anything about whether he should be playing for the Lions.

The constestables IMO Still a very good squad even if as a Scot, I'm not too pleased.

No Roberts, JJ in. Reckon Gats trolled you pretty hard.
And 41 men! Makes Clive look like a paragon of efficiency.

Halfpenny must be counting himself lucky though?

In terms of pure playing ability, he is very questionable. Launchbury and both Grays are offering more...But he is a leader, and a humble one at that. He will be a great addition to the squad as a whole, even if I wouldn't have him in my XXIII right now.

I am. But when is the last time he had a good game? I like the player, just think others could fill in his place.
