NZ formal wear

I thought that Gatland had promised to ensure that his touring group was sufficiently up to speed with tikanga and NZ culture? That's all a bit of a waste of time if they're going to go poncing about in velvet blazers with bespoke pocket squares. That will really do down a treat in Whangarei on a Friday night.
They really are not doing theselves any favours. The kit list doesn't even include a pair of jandals!

You can never go wrong with velvet. I think they'll do all right.

Looks like they've gone all American in the undies department. Since when do Brits wear boxers?

There's shoes, and then there's bespoke, hand crafted, individually monogrammed shoes.

Loving the smoking jackets. If that doesn't bring some sartorial elegance to the colonies nothing will.

So,.....who's rockin' the velvet stylee and who's the dodgy Uncle no one talks about.
George Kruis looks incredibly uncomfortable. Of those photos only Rhys Webb and Bobby Stridgeon look happy with the outfit. Not even the Hask can make it work.

That smoking jacket is the only thing that has ever made Nowell's hair not look ridiculous. This makes me like it even more. Rowntree looks a mess. Marler looks like a dodgy mate someone has invited to a ball for a laugh.

They look like a Soviet weight lifting team from the 1980's.

Someone needs to have a serious word with most of these guys about tie length.

I think SCW took a guy for that.
