Well hello old friends of the IMB.

It's been a long time since I have frequented this place.

I come cap in hand, asking if anyone here would like to help me reach a goal of raising some funds for Alzheimers Research.

I have taken on a very personal challenge and have been in training to run (crawl more like) a half marathon on 24th September.
My dad has been struck down with this most awful disease and I am trying to do what I can to help with Alzheimers Research.
