I can only see Quins getting a pasting here. That’s not far off Sarries first choice side and we’re missing a few key players like Clifford and Marchant.
I’ll be curious to see how Bothma does. Elia has looked good when he’s played so I’m hoping this is the start of him getting a run as first choice. He’s only 21 or 22 and with the chance to develop, I think he could be the hooker we’ve been looking for.

It’s becoming far more common, unfortunately, I think the referrals to the TMO have opened the door. The refs need to start marching people back 10 or reversing decisions.

I hate the TMO, although realise genie out of bottle.

Is sealing off at the ruck not a thing anymore. Pick and go with a 20stone bloke latching on and then falling on top of the ball carrier...and repeat.

Strange, scrappy game in general.
Also did they look back at Kruis kneeing Horwill in the face? I missed the half-time bit. Just unfortunate timing?

Can we try Vunipola at 12 for England? He's got the best hands on display out there and runs good lines against the grain.
