Quins to turn it around, or a further slide into ignominy?

We're getting injuries back. So that's not a weak team... On paper

Last week was arguably a stronger lineup on paper and we know what happened there.
I’m hoping Quins show a bit of pride and significantly improve their performance, but I’m still expecting Gloucester to win.
They’re tough to beat at home and with our defence being as poor as it is, I’ll be half expecting them to get a bonus point. We’re unlikely to keep them out so our only hope is to score more tries than they do.

Horwill's back and that will make a difference. And Quins HAVE to be better than last week, though they are unlikely to be good enough to get a win.
Glos are a bit hit and miss away from home but very strong at Kingsholm.

This is must win for Glos to have a chance of top 6, I'm going to the match expecting a quins backlash but at home we OUGHT to win this.....

I know there are far bigger issues but WTF are we doing with the backrow? I don't know where this team-sheet came from, a lot of the time the BBC are just idiots and get it wrong but last week it was listed as 6. Luamanu 7. Robshaw 8. Clifford.
Clifford was in the 7 shirt for the game, except inexplicably put him at 8 for defensive scrums. Meaning you didn't get Clifford with the ball at the back on attack AND you had the considerably slower Robshaw chasing from the openside in defence. Is there some logic to that I'm missing?

I noticed that too ... strange indeed.
This week Clifford is apparently at 6 with Luamanu at 8 and Robshaw at 7. How they pack down is anyone’s guess though!

To be fair, I thought we’d get hammered.
A losing BP is better than I expected and keeps us ahead of Saints (just).

A losing bonus point? My beeb ticker still says 35-9?

that was my thought! 37-9 on ESPN. Quins so much less than the sum of their parts.

finished 37-9 with Glos getting a try BP on the stroke of FT.
Clifford picked up a nasty injury early on.

I can’t imagine how that feels after the length/timing of the last injury.

only 25 still has plenty of times but must be so tough for him mentally to keep going through it.

Definitely. I really feel for him. The only saving grace is that it isn’t another shoulder injury.

Was 13-9 at half time, so many mistakes, mostly from glos. Happy with the bp, but it didn't really look likely for most of the match

The pass for 12T was a beaut. The one leading to Woodwards try may have been a touch forward but shows that Atkinson does possess a range of passing that no other EQ centre is currently displaying.
He looks in really good form to me and wouldnt be out of place in SA.
There, i've said it. Atkinson for England.
