Christ...
I didn't know him as a player, but what a sad way to go.
For some reason, everytime I watched news reports on this, I couldn't help be affected by it.
Every picture and video I've seen of Sala showed someone so full of life and genuinely happy.
And those text messages sent whilst onboard
Seems a bit shitty that his legacy may now get played out in court.

And so the blame game begins!
Pretty shitty of McKay to go public imo. Stinks.

strikes me as a massive w*nker and trying to deflect attention from his own role in this.

Yep..it's a disgraceful thing to do so soon after the tragedy.
I hope the investigation is thorough and if that wanker or his son are found to be not entirely truthful, fuck 'em.

It will be difficult to prove, now the pair are sadly no longer with us, that all the conditions required for the pilot to carry Sala as a passenger on a 'cost sharing' basis, had been met.
The legal peeps will argue the toss whether 'not proven legal' is the same as 'illegal'. Either way it doesn't look good...I'm sure his close family will be searching for answers even more now.
