Teams from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, with an associate team from Colombia. Looks to be relatively well funded, at least for the first season. Hopefully it'll draw a bit of interest and grow the sport there - Brazil gets pretty good crowds for internationals, and Uruguay got a bit of attention with their heroics against Fiji in the RWC.
