Looks even on paper, Glos been in a bit of a downward spiral of late, a home victory would be most beneficial.

Luke James at 12 is interesting - he's certainly got all the skills for it. You get the feeling that he does need to look at picking a position and specialising soon.

Always felt Solomana had something more to offer, doesn't seem to have cracked it.

A touch harsh. When he’s been fit, Solomona’s scored plenty of tries and played some very good rugby. He hasn’t been fully fit this season and Yarde and McGuigan are playing well enough to keep their places for now.

I thought Solomona looked seriously overweight earlier in the season, had a proper spare tyre round his middle. Then Steve Diamond said they put him through another pre season after Christmas cos he was too fat. Does seem to have been playing much better since.

Well he’s gone from England squad to Sale pine rider, but hey. Admittedly he was in the England squad a bit early. Has he sorted his defence out then?

Not exactly an amazing game to watch. Sale worth their lead, Glaws struggling. Glaws might look better in the dry.

For me it's the top of the shoulder/neck area, can't be considered arm. Equally, if it'd been written off I'd not be surprised either.

Great win by Sale in awful conditions...I believe..according to the BT commentator...it was "wetter than an otters pocket".

Just fing inept again. Poor skills poor tactics many individual mistakes and appalling discipline. Week in week out, no capacity to adapt.

Sale played the conditions better and were more disciplined. When the weather is that bad, you have to play the percentages and keep things really simple.
Glos could do with a change of weather - they really are a top of the ground kind of side. Their season is in danger of falling away quite badly.
