Listening to the "get after it with Nashy" pod and Tom Philip is the guest of ep 138.

Poor lad has been through the ringer physically and mentally. From being told to run off a torn ACL by Matt Williams to his battles with severe mental health issues ending up in a hospital it is quite a harrowing listen.

don't listen to many podcasts, mostly full of shite. But that is a hard listen for a different reason. Even allowing for it being only his side of things, it is how he feels, felt, sees things. His reality. Really tough time. wish him all the very best
