Sale Vs Bath, Friday night

Stools and Joseph found guilty of breaching Covid protocols - internal discipline leads to 1 match ban and a fine, with further sanction for Stools being extra stupid.

No sympathies whatsoever, and well done the club for not only disciplining, but publishing the fact.

Good on Bath for naming and shaming.

Sale have named another massive pack and it's hard to see past them running rough shod over Bath in this one. Unless Bath's international half backs actually control the game for the full 80 for a change. Faf and AJ on the bench gives them a bit of a chance.

Not publishing the fact is a bit difficult when it's common knowledge since they received a ban from the RFU too...

Yeah I imagine the RFU decision was pending so the club took action to try and mitigate the RFU punishment. An additional club fine to the RFU fine is no less than the idiots deserve.

Muir's first start, Gray's first bench

Three and then another with the same surname, but not a relation.

Great to see Doherty and Roebuck starting for Sale. And then I look at their pack and weep a little.

If his contract allows - ban him for the season. Terminate his contract.
F***ing idiot!

A Bath player charged for drunk driving? How times have changed!

What an utter bellend!

What a prat. And presumably a friendless prat now, as I'd imagine Joseph and Oghre would've got away with their illicit socialising if it weren't for Stooke crashing his car.

That Sale back row isn't exactly built for subtlety.

Absolutely huge pack.

Bath doing pretty well at half time! Absolute brain fart from the Sale 13 has gifted Bath 7 right at the death.

Sale's depth doesn't look too good, really

Three international centres out injured so they called in a 20 year old England age grade 13. Not the end of the world even if he was not quite up to first team speed yet. If you're missing a couple from the backline it's an odd time to bench your first choice half back pairing though.
