England v USA about to kick off in Exeter, and on ITV4
Kinda caught me unawares, as I've been mostly thinking about the Prem, and Worcester, with a background of the World Cup on the horizon.

England in red btw, if anyone's arriving late.
Great pick by Poppy, attracts defenders, and allows Hunt to go wandering against their grain, and largely without them noticing she's there.
Eng 5 - 0 USA

First England score for Hunt on four minutes. England imperious in second gear at present. Could get ugly if the yanks don't tighten up.

England in red just provokes confused feelings.
Scarlett kicks out on the full, let's see if the us have any ideas... Intercept try for breach.
The yankee 12 is a boster!

Drop kick conversion as the ball is blown off the tee after starting her run-up

Botterman is just crumpling septics left, right and centre.
Too many errors from England. I guess this is rustiness but they'll be disappointed at the unforced errors.

Blew another try, great then poor option from Scarrett.

33-0 after 33 minutes. Ugly.

USA aren't bad, England are just so much better - at pretty much everything

That's fair, gave the English tight defence a decent workout there.

Falling apart these last 10 minutes for England. Plenty to work on. Unimpressed by a couple of the reffing decisions but fair play to the US for stepping up.

Septic 15 is a handful, I think the English management will be pleased at this workout now. Down to 13, bit harsh to my mind.

First yellow should have been a red - Charlie Ewels' special. Ali agrees with ref though.
Second yellow - I felt the ball carrier was in touch before releasing the ball, so knocking on a dead ball - but that was the only mitigation there.

Yeah on the first one. Felt that if Rowland hadn't given the game away she'd've got away with it.

England v Wales is on ITV4, by the way. Welsh doing well. England have made a bunch of errors.

7-0 after 13 minutes, another try disallowed. England increasingly finding their groove. Marlie Packer on the hoof is a sight to behold. England are still giving away too many penalties.

7-7 after 15. Good work following position from penalties from the taffettes.

After 20, Scarrett goes over. When they click England are on another level.

Looks like we're just walking away with it after a brave start by the Welsh. It's the problem that I find when watching the womens' internationals - unless we're playing NZ or France (and lately not even them), it's never a question of whether England will win, but by how much. Feels kinda mean when the only challenge is whether we'll break 50 points or not.

It has become a bit predictable. Not our fault but the other teams have a way to go to catch us up.
We have some cracking players. The back 5 of the scrum is ridiculously strong. Alex Matthews. Wow, she's some player.

I think the Welsh have just turned pro, right? I would then expect them to close the gap a bit over the next world cup cycle.
It's a real pity the Irish went backwards there.

Yeah, only just gone pro I believe. Even with that, our women's setup seems to be immensely good right now.

We need to adopt the super entitled AB fan mentality, where anything less than a 30 point win is greeted with outrage.
