Serbian forces gathering on the border apparently, presumably ready to supprt the 120 K ethnic Serbs in the country of 1.8 M.
Maybe a bit provocative for NATO peace support (KFOR) already there, and Albanian forces won't need much invitation..
Nowt to do with the other shenanigans of course.
