Navidi has been a good addition. I saw him play for the Blues in Cardiff a few years ago and I thought then he was a busy player.

This is a very silly game.

And right now, a very loseable one.

You should get T-D a crate of beer and some flowers after the game.

Well that was a turgid pile of dog shit.

Forget the debate over who is our best fly half. We can’t win games, against good opposition, with so little possession. It’s fricking insane how little we had in that second half. A better team would have utterly punished us, o matter that our defence was decent.

Awful game by us with the only redeeming feature being that we did manage to win.

Awful stuff. Classic Warrenball & clearly the new exciting way of playing is just PR fluff. Extremely lucky to win that.

Really took the gloss off England finishing 5th.

Agreed. It WAS a terrific defensive effort; but we should be talking about how it kept the score down to around 14-25, not how it won us the match. France should be furious with themselves.

Teams have to learn to win ugly, of course. But if you have to defend for 80 minutes, you're only going to get ugly wins against rubbish sides. We have to learn how to win and maintain possession, or the rest is a waste of time.
