10 mins o brilliant Scottish play, quick possession, traditional rucking game, great stuff. Now watch as we look at each other and say "remember how good we were? They won be expecting us to change, so let's abandon it and go back to slow stodgy crap".

Betcha.
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

There are times when I hate this game. If we'd had Hoggy on the field he would have had a cut at some point there.

Good bit of analysis by Mossy there. I can see him growing into it with a few more years experience.

Scotland are so close to breaking out, but the support play is abysmal.

If he caught it with his foot in touch that's our ball isn't it?

Only if the ball is over the line in the air.

Not sure who was at fault there but the call was clearly off the top.

Ridiculously long advantage. They had the ball, how much more advantage do they need?

Mossy, take a leaf out of Davies book for christ sake. That belief and sense of entitlement is worth a couple of penalties a game to the welsh.

I don't think he calls or communicates.

This game is just a snapshot of that old Scottish favourite "we didn't believe in ourselves". Much as wales have stepped up in this 2nd half, we had the game by the scruff of the neck in the 1st and were scared to capitalize.

The agony and the ecstasy ofsupporing Scotland.

Your support running is mainly rubbish. It must be incredibly frustrating.

I was halfway through typing a nice congratulatory post and Davies goes ahead and says that we are rubbish and that Wales will have to step up to beat France.

It's true but bloody ungracious.

But not as frustrating as that.

Hard luck fellas. You'll give someone a shock eventually. I wouldn't at all be surprised were it us.

Hard lines boys, I thought you looked far hungrier for most of the match and we're going to win.

The Hogg injury was a massive blow, although I thought Jackson showed enough to merit the 22 shirt for the Italy game.
