Used to like Hole in the Wall (not a euphemism).

He seemed a very likeable fella.

That is a flipping awful age to be dying of anything other than tragic accident. He was always far too saccharine for me to tolerate and I would turn over as soon as I saw him, but wouldn't have wished harm on the bloke.

Family are asking for privacy and there have been no details of how he died, but it is telling that his mother was depressed and died of an overdose; DW is on record as saying, "my mum died of it. It exists and anybody out there who has had it knows it exists." He has been suffering from depression of late.

It is interesting what one stumbles across while researching this stuff. This from today's MailOnline:
