Gutted for him. The best 7 in the world for a while.

Superb athlete and great professional.

Always came across as affable person pre and post match, and an absolute warrior on the pitch.

I don’t know that there was ever a time I’d have picked him ahead of McCaw, Pocock or Haskell but he was right up there.

Totally agree, James Davies is probably the least physical of the bunch but arguably the best breakdown scavenger.
Thomas Young needs to be back in Wales to be considered IMHO.
If he stays fit for an extended period & the Dragons front five competes better I can see Ollie Griffiths making a bid for the shirt. He's a supreme athlete.

Me too, he also brings the advantage of being able to play at 8.

Ollie Cracknell is pretty good too, but the general Ospreys malaise is making it difficult for a number of talented players to shine.

Ollie Griffiths ha great potential. Young is going nowhere whilst playing in England when there is so much backrow competition.

Sorry to see a player retire through injury, so good luck to him in the future.
A really excellent player and a thoroughly nice guy, who really gave leadership to the Welsh team and would have loved him to be playing for England.

The attrition rate for these players is high. Warbs, Tom Rees. Life is tough at the top.
