A pity for both Wales (who he's been a great servant for a made improvements alongside Gatland, but not really surprise once Pivac was named) and for England (should have made him an offer he couldn't refuse to be Asst) but should be excellent for Wigan. Good luck in the future Shaun, always be welcome back to Union!

He has really earned his money with us and I don’t think any right minded Welsh supporter would begrudge him moving or or deny him his share of the glory in what has been achieved over the Gatland era.

Best of luck to him in the future and thanks for everything.

The Welsh Assembly ought to make him an honorary Welshman for his services to Wales rugby.

Yep! Perhaps in the dim and distant past his Welsh ancestry shone through.

Can you imagine if he had been recruited by England just how well he and Eddie Jones would have got on.

I'm not sure Eddie would have any teeth left tbh.
