Let's just hope he doesn't do anything silly after his 10 minutes are up. I'm assuming Navidi's gone permanently here.bruce wrote:Moriarty is feckin liability

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Well, the ball is bouncing just right for France. The little things are all going France's way.

Yeah, that was a gorgeous, textbook tackle from Josh Adams there. Now that's a tackle you can set your watch to!

Bit of an odd one, cause you'd have to say by the letter of the law it's a clear red card - direct contact to the head, with force, no mitigating factors. Technically it's a poor decision to only give a yellow. But I agree with you that, on the feel of the tackle and the actual levels of danger involved, it was just a yellow.cashead wrote:Fair call from Peyper. No clear intent or malice, but obviously high. That's a yellow any day.

Clear obstruction there.
Good defence however whilst under the cosh.

Re: Team for France
You get the feeling that France will regret only being 9 points up at the break. They've left at least 7 points out there and this Welsh team doesn't need to be given second chances.

Can’t see us creating anything .
Controversially , I’d get Patchell on at 12 and move Parkes out .

We need to change this up a bit. Don’t kick to them loosely and get them guessing in defence. Patch on ASAP.MrK wrote:Can’t see us creating anything .

Re: Team for France
Defence is the main worry, I don't see how replacing Parkes with Patch helps that. Replacing Biggar makes more sense, whose kicking out of hand has been crap.

Yep, a player who isn't particularly flashy bar monster hand offs, but Wales play alot better and look alot more solid with him in the team.Renniks wrote:Really seem to be suffering because of JD2's injury

Re: Team for France
12 offloads to nil. Wales has missed 18 tackles. Interesting.

Our breakdown is a disaster. Slow ball or turnovers.
