U20s
Well they are due to kick off against Ireland in the first pool game @ 5:30, we beat them away from home in the 6 nations so should be a win hopefully.
Looking forward to seeing Keelan Giles and Harrison Keddie mostly, along with the front row boys who looked very impressive during the 6 nations.

Re: U20s
Pretty poor show by the lads. The passing was horrible at times.
It has to be said though, the Irish have learned from the senior squad that cheating is okay, if you can get away with it. I lost count of the number of times players were cleared out of rucks with a forearm to the face and blocking seems to be the tricher de jour, with at least three examples, the most blatant of which was when the Irish broke out of their 22 and the Irish centre legitimately ran alongside his winger carrying the ball, but then leaned into the Welsh player attempting to round him to effect a tackle.

Jesus you lot don't half whine. You sure you're not talking about your last try with that last comment?UKHamlet wrote:Pretty poor show by the lads. The passing was horrible at times.

We were quite fortunate on a few occassions as well, the ball that was kicked through over the line in the first half wasn't grounded properly by the Welsh player and dotted down by a chasing Irish player which could have been a try and the push over try looked a little dubious grounding wise.Eugene Wrayburn wrote:Jesus you lot don't half whine. I'm very disappointed we lost as we had the potential to do well.

It makes it much harder but you could still do well with a win against the ABs and decent points difference.

I'd rather avoid the baby blacks in the SF
It'd be great for both Welsh and NH rugby for Wales to win
It'd be absolutely hilarious for NZ to be knocked out in the pools
