There's only one thing that I'll remember him for. The dive that robbed Wales of a chance of a rare victory in whatever year it was.

It's really only the diving against Wales I'd ever heard about, but like the rest of us there was no luck when it comes to cheating death. It does sound like he did a lot to progress behaviour other than falling over for no good reason, and that's hardly a bad record to leave behind.
