We haven’t yet scored a try and look short of numbers and ideas when going wide to exploit the space we’ve created. It’s a good base but I wouldn’t go beyond the fact it looks promising. Ultimately, we’re winning in contact and at the breakdown so any plan in attack will be made to look half decent.

Agreed.
Though I'd add that we need better communication infield, and Smith needs to calm down and just do what he does.

Which includes telling Curry that he's available on the inside for a walk-in try, rather the hard work, quietly.

How was that allowed to be a quick lineout when there were players setting up on both sides?

Danny Care doing his best revolving door impersonation for that try.

England need some fresh legs as we're looking a bit jaded at the minute.

I think Steward was relying on the support that he knew was wrapping round behind him and so went looking for the double hit which didn't work out. Not the best decision making.

Steward wrong. He repeatedly gets flat footed and dragged in in those positions. The Aussies absolutely nailed the opportunity, though, good chance we’d have butchered it!
