The former British & Irish Lions, England, Barbarians and Coventry winger David Duckham sadly passed away on Monday night aged 76. All our thoughts go out to his family, RIP Dai

I'll always remember him side-stepping the camerman in the '73 Baabaas match, a great player RIP.

I remember as a boy, even my Nan liked Duckham. He's in that tiny club of English players genuinely loved (rather than just admired/respected) in Wales.

This is spot on, it was the same in my family. My dad's "tiny club of English players genuinely loved" was just Dai Duckham and Prince Obolensky.
OK, maybe Obolensky was Russian but he played for England.
