Got to wonder if this was a poor decision. Saracens were dominant, on the 5m line, threatening a try, and they settled for 3 points.

Quirke has definitely added some tempo but his passing accuracy looks like it's Ben Youngs on a bad day. So many head height passes.

O'Flaherty what the hells was that? Only thing I can think of is that he was thinking about the counter attack before he'd concentrated on catching the pass. Sale lucky to get away with it.

Ashman on for Van Der Merwe has really impacted the Sale lineout, and not in the way you'd usually expect. Terrible throwing.

And now leading to a Sarries try. Although if I were a Sale fan, I'd be fuming about players pouncing on Reed on the ground.

Carpenter charged down but what the hell is Reed doing. He just drops on the ball and lies there. You're on your own kid you've got to fight back to your feet to help your support. He's been absolutely shocking today after a really good season.

Yeah, I think he'd've come off if Roebuck hadn't taken that knock in the first half.

Conclusive enough to overturn the onfield decision of no try?
Yes, it would seem.

Surprised at that decision. Hardly compelling evidence in my view.
