You can lead a horse to water.........

https://www.bbc.com/sport/rugby-union/66585723

Scrum-half Danny Care says England have been working on their tackle technique every day as they look to improve their discipline for the upcoming World Cup.
"We are working on our tackle technique every day. We get referees in every day, who are trying to help us out."

If there is this level of support then I suggest a Hanging judge should trump a KC

"He is still the first one out there in training trying to drive the ream, so he is doing all right."

and this was probably not the ideal spelling mistake

The live tracker on the Fail is struggling. Links to berry article over the past week or so, followed by ‘we know nothing yet’.

But this is taking a stupidly long time. The meltdown ifFarrell is pardoned again will be incredible.

Possibly the first time in quite a while that anyone has described the Fail as helpful, even ironically.

Over 12 hours since the hearing began. Given that some of the panel members were based in NZ and Singapore, surely they will have needed bed at some point during this?

Whatever the verdict is, it's surely not worth 12 hours of deliberation? Either it's screamingly obvious that he's guilty, because he is, or they haven't got the evidence to overturn the hair splitting that the lawyers managed last time, in which case he goes free to kill again. I don't see where the middle ground is?

Rumours are the biscuit delivery was late and that has hampered the deliberation.

They could be struggling to draw the legal line in the sand. Especially if Farrell's arse of a lawyer has bought in the usual claptrap we've put up with in football for a while. RW should draw a line in the sand, but do they have the balls?

So why aren't you coming out in support of the decision for red?

Farrell gets a 4 game ban, which includes the Ireland and Fiji games. He's available for Chile and Samoa.

The Ireland game ban is such a farce considering that England effectively banned him to try to either claw back some PR or (much more likely) to game the system for exactly this eventuality. There's no way he was even bemching for that match.

Four weeks is bollocks as well. No reason to deviate from the 6, particularly since he tried the Wasn't me Guv thing at the first hearing.

So tired of this.

It is consistent though. Some recent bans for repeat offenders

6 down to 5 - Kremer
10 down to 8 - Aki
6 down to 4 - Lavanini (also after his 4th red)

Even players with spotty records don't get the full tariff if they admit foul play has occurred etc (often by suggesting that it occurred, but should have been a yellow etc with mitigation). I'd have given Faz 5 weeks, but he was never getting 6

Seems to be a bit stupid to have a maximum when nobody is given the maximum…

It's even more stupid than that.

It's actually an 'entry' point iirc

That no one actually enters.
