The final round of the Top14 will be played on Sunday evening May 28th with a lot still to play for.
The only certainties are that Toulouse and La Rochelle have already qualified for the semifinals, which will both be played in Real Sociedad's stadium in San Sébastien on June 9th/10th, and that Brive will play in ProD2 next season.
Stade Français, Racing and Union Bordeaux/Bègles have qualified for the play offs (June 3rd/4th) and will be joined by Lyon, Bayonne or Toulon.
However, home advantage is important and the clubs finishing 3rd and 4th will have that advantage, but the clubs in 3rd, 4th and 5th are away in the final round so lots of permutations are possible. Here are the fixtures for May 28th:
Clermont v Racing
Castres v Perpignan
Lyon v Bayonne
Toulon v UBB
Pau v Montpellier
La Rochelle v SF
Toulouse v Brive
The table as it stands today:
1 Toulouse 79
2 La Rochelle 74
3 S Français 66
4 Racing 66
5 UBB 63
6 Lyon 62
7 Bayonne 58
8 Toulon 57
9 Montpellier 54 (defending champions Montpellier won't make the playoffs)
10 Castres 53
11 Clermont 52 (the once mighty Clermont need a bp win and other results to go their way to qualify for the Champions'Cup)
12 Pau 47
13 Perpignan 43
14 Brive 36
Finally, the first 8 will play Champions' Cup next season, so Clermont, Castres and Montpellier could still qualify.

Re: Top14
The Top14 resumes on Sunday October the 29th with round 4:
Bayonne v Stade Francais
Lyon v Clermont Auvergne
Montpellier v Racing
Perpignan v Pau
Toulon v Oyonnax
La Rochelle v Castres
Toulouse v Bordeaux/Bègles
Charles Ollivon and Gabin Villiére will be in Toulon's starting XV and Scotland's Ben White on the bench at home to promoted Oyonnax, but I believe that the majority of the French World Cup squad, although they may have resumed training with their clubs, won't be available for selection, yet.
