Strong side for Saints given the travelling they put in to and from South Africa. Can't help but wonder if it'll have taken some of the legs away from them though.

Think if we can be close into the second half, our bench brings more with the likes of Temo, Pollock, Dingers and Sleightholme. Hopefully the big win in SA last week will ignite our prem season a bit - as we're lagging way behind where we should be

I have not seen a No 8 anywhere close to Willis this season.

Saints haven't really laid a glove on Sarries yet, they are taking a real beating. Suspect some of those subs will be making an appearance fairly sharpish.

Interesting call on “low degree of danger” when the player is going off injured. If that was Lockett on Itoje, it’s a red.

Saints did well to get a try BP after being the run around for most of the game. The first half in particular was really poor.

Dan produced the kind of dynamic performance that demands he start for England in the 6N's. Willis was typically excellent.

Really dreadful first half, such a lack of accuracy and aggression. Maybe a hangover from the travel to SA, but not good enough. Hell of a drop off from Champs to 8th place at Christmas

Maybe we can go for Champions Cup victory and league relegation in the same season
