Italy U20 05-27 Wales U20

Great win for the U20s in pretty grotty conditions out in Italy.

If you missed it on S4C, try to find a video of Ryan Conbeer's finish for the second Welsh try.

The U20s keep coming up with sterling performances. The game was played in terrible conditions on a mud bath of a pitch but the boys really controlled the game. Let's hope it's a foretaste of what is to come tomorrow.

It was a great second try.

Well played in terrible conditions. Great kicking from Ben Jones. And we have a couple of very mobile props!

We seem to be breeding props left right and centre, as mentioned Ben Jones kicked superbly (suprised McBryde didn't have the kicking duties) and the finish in the corner could have shown Elliot Daly a thing or two about wing play.

Centre props are more commonly known as hookers

Fair play, they might as well be called centre props for all the hooking many actually do!

They are a good side, just watched the second half against Ireland, Wales won 41-27, a nice rolling maul from a lineout to seal it, very well done.

The future really isn't that glum. Right now isn't too bad really. I remember when a 21-16 loss to England was a win

If we could ally the commitment and defence from Friday night to an intelligent heads up attacking ability, we would be a decent team.

We were far more positive in attack but there is a large part of me which expects a falling off in standards next Saturday.we need some consistency.

Maybe they can teach this lost art to the senior team ;).
