I think the whole process could be ripped to shreds but I can't see Marler, Quins or the RFU wanting to cause a shitstorm over this which would embarrass WR in the process, they'll just want it over. And tbh getting away from that match with a 2 week ban after trying to drop a forearm on a prone player leaves Marler a very lucky boy anyway.

Some of the articles Ive seen suggest that they are completely ignoring the 6N process.
