Is there any way this can be disabled please? I'm referring to the delay in publishing a post as new posts have been made in the time it has taken to create the post.

I've not witnessed it, but if the mods can take a look at this in the Test Room, perhaps they can determine what it is.

It needs an add-on which isn't available on this board yet - it's under development though.
