Elderly white men at the FA

Imagine the furore if a different ethnicity was in the title.

Why the need to bring colour into it?* Is it because the men are white that reform is needed or being refused? Or is because they are elderly? Does the FA need more elderly people of different race or does it just need young people of different race and/or sex?

*I get why they have done this as it gets a reaction in the media. Previous attempts to bring reform haven't worked so perhaps the people wanting reform know they will stand a better chance evoking race into the issue.
