Ooh. Yeah, I've got one actually. Cancelled sky off the back of it. The only thing I haven't been able to use is 4OD because it recognises that the device is rooted

To be fair, that looks awesome - I have an Apple TV, a Fire Stick and Now TV and that Droidbox does it all.

I reckon it is if you know what you're doing. I don't know what I'm doing but it's still been worth it. We only paid about £40 for ours mind.

So, what's the deal exactly? You plug in the box and download stuff, I get that bit. How do you pay for the actual content e.g. Sky F1, Movies etc. etc.

Firestick/tvbox + Kodi.

I don't get why most people still want to watch "live tv" unless it's sports. Just stream your shows as and when.

Totes. Some remtards were talking about adverts in work the other day. I can't remember the last time I watched an advert on TV

I have the following:

http://matricom.net/g-box-q/

With Kodi I can find pretty much any movie, tv or live sports I want. Only set up with the above box is installing your add ons, which is trivial.

Install the super repo repository. Chose your add ons from there, Exodus, sports devil will cover it for most people.

Kodi will run on pretty much anything, you can install it on your PC if you want. I have it running on my phone as well. But if buying a tv box don't go too cheap, they're not expensive anyway. I also find it works better wired to the internet, however if you have good enough wireless at home should be fine.

Easy peasy.

This is one of those intriguing but confusing threads.

My real question is this... want to watch the next season of game of thrones and thinking of getting now TV to be able to do that... Should I get this box instead?

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Anyone know a good addon for rugby on kodi? I have more TV and movies than I can be arsed with but don't have a decent sport option.

I know this is ages old, but if you have an android phone kodi from the play store is free and you can see if you like the feeds etc. Chromecast and Amazon fire hdmi sticks will support kodi
