It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

i suspect the key thing will be if subs are used early. However, no halfpenny. Would Gats drop Liam Williams?

Based on that I'd guess that Lawes won't be involved at the weekend, which is madness

I feel Lawes is needed to lay The Beat down on the half backs

Cory Jane on the bench? How is he playing lately?
Good backs at Canes. Can the forwards handle the Lions?

Why? You need to lighten up a bit, maybe hit a nite club and enjoy yourself.

I'm sure old ska-face Borthwick will have a big say on the forward selection..

Lawes isn't anything Special. He's just a big big Monkey Man.
I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.

Cory Jane must be one of the few modern players to have played against the Lions on two separate tours. The only other I can think of is George Smith. I'm sure Lizard can fill in any others who have achieved the feat.

Jerome Kaino, who came off the bench for Auckland against the Lions in 2005, and just played a test match against them last Saturday.
John Smit came off the bench for Natal in 1997, and then captained the Springboks against the Lions in 2009.
George Smith is the only one out of that lot to play test rugby against the Lions in two tours though.
