Painter seems to have emerged as Chiefs #1 tight head. The move could be just what he needed. Here's hoping he can kick on.
Tuima at lock is a needs must selection. Fisilau is one to watch.
Olly Hartley is the player i'm most interested in the Saracens line up, though seeing Bracken getting some exposure is very welcome.

I wonder whether Tuima at lock might be part of a longer term plan. I don't see how he and Fisilau work in the same back row, even by Exeter's standards, but he's too good a prospect to give up on, so maybe they're looking at moving him forward. He played there all the PRC, apparently.

This is fun. Exeter have made more offloads in the first half than they managed over the whole of the last 2 seasons. They look a completely different team.

That's to strong a Sarries side to be taking a pasting like this. I imagine some string words will be said at half time. Chiefs have been excellent.

Looks like Exeter given Sarries just enough rope to hang themselves.

Great result for Exeter. Didnt see that coming. Saracens were uncommonly poor but hats off to Exe for the way they played. Thought Cairns at SH had an excellent game. Tuima at lock just might be a permanent move.

That was a massacre. Kudos to Chiefs for not letting up and keeping the pressure on to the last.

I need to lock the predictions thread before everyone starts editing their "Exeter to finish 9th" predictions!

I liked the look of Tuima at lock. Very hard to tell individual contributions at a scrum, but his side certainly looked rock solid and he's a big old unit to have supporting a prop.

6ft5 and 20+ stone per the Chiefs website. He really is a big boy. Pleased for him that he's found a spot in the side, seemed to be in and out the side previously.

Not quite as freakishly big as Skelton but if he could play the big ball carrying role from the second row that would suit Chiefs perfectly going forward.
