Chris Hoy
Has revealed his cancer is terminal. One of those that gets you right in the heart. Amazing guy, amazing athlete, fantastic ambassador for sport, Scotland and the UK.
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

So sad. He’s such an admirable guy and while I’m sure he’ll fight it all the way, it’ll get him in the end. Fuck cancer.
