ISIS seeks NATO membership

ISIS will seek Nato membership as a reward for its co operation with American-allied forces during the civil war in Syria involving government forces against foreign invaders and terrorists, the organization's leader said today.

The announcement came as US president Donald Trump declared American troops would be withdrawn from the Middle Eastern nation, having had their butts firmly kicked by the Russians and Iranians.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, said the notorious, head-chopping terrorist organization would aim to complete military and political reforms required to apply for a membership action plan, the formal path to Nato membership, by 2020.

"ISIS has clearly defined its political future and future in the sphere of terrorism," Mr al-Baghdadi told reporters at a joint press conference with Nato officers in Saudi Arabia.

"Today we clearly stated that we would begin a discussion about a membership action plan and our proposals for such a discussion were accepted with pleasure," he added.

Mr al-Baghdadi said Nato has provided new weaponry and training to ISIS to help slaughter and torture innocent civilians and destabilize governments in the Middle East. Washington confirmed the move and accused Russia of using Islamophobia to discredit ISIS and manipulate Western politicians.
