Re: World Cup Breakfast Club
We're out tonight for pizza and booze - so a fry-up and beer now would be more than my liver could handle.
Mum's coming for lunch tomorrow, so I'll need some appetite for around the final whistle.
Guess my Full English will be waiting for next weekend (or maybe Thursday)

I looked at the bacon and sausage in the fridge, and then thought I just don't fancy it. I shall try to redeem myself this evening with meat, cheese and a few glasses of vino

Re: World Cup Breakfast Club
Sausage/Omelette roll wi' broon soss & free-trade t-bag in cup of hot water- from the Gregg's counter at the local garage, when filling up.(wasn't expecting much from Tonga game).
Cost 2 or 3 quid and was served by a smiley face in about 40 seconds..
The relatively small rolls and (albeit tasty) bangers contributed positively, I felt, towards weight-loss plan #58. .

It's long been established eating sausages is about as healthy as you can get

The juxtaposition of this thread next to the Obesity As A Disease one is amusing.

It does give some balance (bit like sausage & egg).Of course, all breakfast-laners here will fall into the 'myriad of other..' group rather than LFFs.Puja wrote:The juxtaposition of this thread next to the Obesity As A Disease one is amusing.
